How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free worldwide! However, please note that if your shipping address belongs to a remote area, an extra fee may be incurred.
Order Processing
All orders placed between Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) will begin processing that day during business hours and ship within 3 business days.
Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.

How long does shipping usually take?

How to track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with the up-to-date tracking information which you can use to follow the status of your order.
If you did not receive your tracking information email within 3 business days of purchase, please email info@ohojdesign.com.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change an order once it is placed in the system.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us at info@ohojdesign.com right away. We will not be able to change the shipping address after your package has been processed.
If for any reason, the package is returned to us due to the fact that the package is unclaimed or the shipping address is incorrect, the customer is subject to the additional shipping fee for the package to be shipped out again. Therefore, please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart.
Can I cancel my order?
