Refund policy
Ohoj Design has a 14-day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/ postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for returning your item to us. Please use any recorded delivery service of your choice.
If you are receiving multiple shipments for your order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return and only send unwanted items in one package to avoid delays in processing.
Returning your purchase
Email info@ohojdesign.com outlining the nature of your return or exchange. Please also send the tracking number in the email so we can monitor the return shipment.
Information to include in your email:
- Your name and address (or order number.)
- Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If one item is defective please include the description and photos of the defect.
- Tracking number so we can monitor the return shipment.
- Please allow our Customer Service team 2 business days to get back to you with refund information.

Receiving a refund
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued.
Important information for returns
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you have received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
All products that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Ohoj Design reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.
Sale
Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods. Please note all sale items offered at a reduced price are final and cannot be returned.
